It's been a while since I last posted which just goes to highlight the impact of my latest find, namely http://lisasonorabeam.com. Lisa, the author of The Creative Entrepreneur, writes an amazingly inspirational blog based around her journey as an artist and her method of 'visual journalling' or sketch booking, to realise ideas.
This is one of the practices I really struggle with as I can't seem to shake the thought that I'm giving myself more work to do. However, as today's blog title implies, we need a clear plan in order to achieve our goals, and visual journalling seems like the ideal way for an artist to engage with this. I'm always fascinated by other people's sketchbooks so would like to take this opportunity to develop my skills in this area. Therefore, if anyone has any images, inspiration and/or links they feel like sharing, then please post below.

I love Lisa's stuff, I have been working with her book too!
I also am a fan of Lisa's - I even bought her book. I now use visual journaling myself, the only drawback I find is actually finding the time to do it!
